Gary began his technical motorcycle training when helping out his Dad in the shop after school and at weekends. Formal training began at the age of 16 where Gary worked hard and earned a place in the prestigious Yamaha Technical Guild. Passing training modules for multiple other brands and also achieving MOT tester status puts Gary at the top of his craft with knowledge to rival the best. While Garys' job mostly involves the running of the Motorcycle shop now, you will still find him keeping up with the latest motorcycle technology in the workshop and sharing his knowledge with customers in the shop.
Zoe is the 2nd of the family members to work at the motorcycle shop. Sister to Gary, Zoe works in the office controlling all of the business finances. Starting out at a young age helping in the shop after school and at weekends Zoe would sell parts and accessories advising customers of the best products. Taking a break from the family business Zoe attended college along with numerous financial training courses before returning with her vast knowledge in the role of Finance Director.
Customer services & administrator
Denise is family member number 3 and joined the company to assist husband Gary when he took over the running of the shop. Coming from a background in business management and retail merchandising Denise moved into the role of parts and accessories advisor. Taking on the responsibility as buyer for the clothing and accessories departments and merchandising for the store, Denise has the best girly job of all - shopping for clothes for a living. Denise also has an active role in the company administration along with website management, team sponsorship and social media networking. Having covered so many roles in the business there isn't much she doesn't know and you can find her happily assisting in each role as necessary.
Parts and service advisor
Joining us in 2018 Scott has achieved his training in level 3 mechanics and is well placed in assisting you locate the parts required for your motorcycle and advising you on your servicing requirements. Scott is here to help with scheduling workshop time for your repairs, organising parts for your home repair, and assisting in the choice from our clothing and accessory department.
Aidan joined the team in 2016 as a Suzuki apprentice; he has worked hard in his training and as a level 3 qualified technician he can now carry out all levels of servicing along with repairs and diagnostics. Not afraid to try something new Aidan’s modern skills using the latest technologies team up perfectly with our years of experience to create an unrivalled force as Salisbury’s only factory trained road bike dealer.
